With about the size of a normal sized credit card and powered by a small cell, this small flip up lightbulb is convenient to have in your wallet.

Whenever you need a small light to search for your keys, simply grab this cut-out lightbulb and flip it up. It'll immediately light up.

What's the point of this when we have lights in our cellphones? I guess it's just a cool thing to have.

Garmin Nuvifone to be Manufactured by ASUS

Word on the street is that Garmin's upcoming Nuvifone will actually be manufactured by ASUS. According to "industry sources" the two companies have been working on the device for the past two years. The sources further claim that the Nuvifone will be the first in a series handsets, with plans to roll out new models through 2010. Reporting that the interface was snappy, the screen is nice and big, and the UI appears to be very GPS-centric. They tried the QWERTY keypad which is "spacious enough" and uses an auto-complete dictionary. The main interface presents a row of icons for calling, searching, and mapping, and finger swipes stream them across the screen. Included apps, at least in this model, were SMS, Google Search, email, and media player.

Tron Lightcycle Case from Bods Mods

Some say that PC case modding is a form of art, and if you were sitting on the fence requiring more concrete evidence, then surely even the TRON Lightcycle PC from Bods Mods is capable of swaying your mind. This is not a street legal version of the fantasy vehicle in the 3D blockbuster that was screened at the end of last year, as it measures just 40″ long (or should we say, short?), but underneath the hood you will find an ATX motherboard, liquid cooling, and a generous number of blue light strips. The designer actually started from scratch to custom build this unique PC chassis, using SketchUp, Google’s 3D modeling app, alongside tons of foam shaping and Dremel work. ( UberGizmo )

For all the nerds out there, sometimes we just need to open our computer files in a hurry, and a quick keystroke combining the CTRL button and the letter “O” is milliseconds faster than dragging the mouse cursor to the File -> Open selection.
